• Custom Development Projects: Once a custom software development project has been initiated, cancellations may only be accepted under special circumstances, and a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.

3. Refund Policy

We follow a transparent refund policy based on the nature of the service:

• Full Refund: If the service is canceled before any work has started.
• Partial Refund: If work has begun but is not completed, a refund will be calculated based on the completed milestones.
• No Refund: For completed projects, delivered digital products, or services already rendered.

4. Exceptions

• No refunds are issued for services that have been fully delivered and accepted.
• Refund requests due to dissatisfaction must be raised within 7 days of service delivery, subject to review.
• No refunds for third-party costs incurred (such as hosting, domain registrations, or third-party software licenses).

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method or another agreed-upon method.
